He has a solid experience of 16 years in investment funds valuation and setup, performance fees, depositary duties, share class hedging and management company organization, demonstrating a proven success in client service operations and complex business cases. His communication skills and team builder spirit enable Ivaylo to act as a mentor to younger colleagues and peers. A solid organisational plan is the key to any success, he likes saying.

Before co-founding Thales Capital Ivaylo had executive roles in the banking and investment funds sectors supervising budgets and teams. He has a Master’s Degree in Financial Management&European trade space, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Analysis and Policies from the University of Lorraine, Nancy, France.
